What Is an EMDR Intensive?
Intensive EMDR is a focused, extended approach to trauma healing that condenses months of weekly sessions into a single dedicated block of time. Instead of 50-minute sessions, we spend a full half-day together — giving your nervous system the space to process deeply without stopping mid-way. The Half-Day Intensive package includes 5 hours of total clinical contact — all at one price, scheduled across separate appointments that work around your life.
Free 30-minute consultation call Before anything is scheduled or committed to, we connect to talk through the process, answer your questions, and make sure this is the right fit for you right now. No pressure, no obligation.
90-minute preparation session Scheduled before your processing session, this is where we do the groundwork. We'll go deeper into your history and goals, identify the target we'll be working on, and build the coping and stabilization resources you'll need to feel safe going into the deeper work. Think of this as laying the foundation so your 3-hour session can be as effective as possible.
3-hour EMDR trauma processing session This is the heart of the intensive. With your nervous system already prepared and resourced, we move into focused EMDR reprocessing — with enough time to go deep, work through what comes up, and reach a place of resolution without having to stop mid-process. Sessions are currently held on Fridays.
60-minute follow-up session Scheduled after your processing session, this is where we integrate what came up, check in on how you're doing, and make sure you feel grounded and supported as you move forward. This is included in your package — because healing doesn't stop when the session ends.

Half-Day Intensive Package — $825
This is an out-of-pocket service and is not covered by insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request if you'd like to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
